At Venussta, we are committed to delivering premium-quality imitation and demi-fine jewellery. Kindly review our Return and Exchange policies thoroughly, as both are subject to different terms and conditions.


EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange only under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or broken

  • You have received an incorrect item (different from your order)

🕒 Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Exchange Charges

  • No shipping or exchange fees will be charged in the above cases

  • Venussta will cover the cost of reverse pickup and delivery

3. How to Request an Exchange

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order:

Make sure to share:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images/videos showing the issue

  • A short description of the concern

Our team will review your request and proceed with the exchange accordingly.

4. Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unused and unworn

  • Original packaging, tags, boxes, and pouches must be intact

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

  • Requests may be declined if the product shows signs of use or damage after delivery


RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged

  • An incorrect product has been delivered

  • There are genuine quality concerns

🕒 Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Return Charges & Deductions

For approved return requests:

  • ₹100 will be deducted as return shipping charges

  • 18% GST/payment gateway charges will be deducted

  • Applicable platform fees will be deducted

  • Remaining amount will be refunded post quality check (QC)

3. Refund Process

  • The returned product must be received at our warehouse and pass inspection

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–4 working days after QC approval

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method only


Return Rejection Conditions

❌ Refunds will not be processed if:

  • The product has been used, worn, scratched, or damaged

  • Original packaging, tags, or boxes are missing or tampered with

  • The product fails the quality inspection


NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

  • Individual items from combo or multi-product orders

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Discounted or sale items (if applicable)
